About

Peak performance without the collateral damage!

Dr Adam Fraser is a peak performance researcher who helps people strive to achieve better performance in everything they do. In his time he has worked with elite athletes and sporting teams, special forces soldiers and business leaders.

What is unique about his research is that it focuses on how do people go beyond their potential without the collateral damage that normally comes with elite performance.

Often success comes at a price in the following areas:

  • Broken personal relationships

  • Poor physical and mental wellbeing.

  • Strained relationships with colleagues.

  • Lack of fulfilment and connection to meaning and purpose.

A bit about me…

I am a heavy metal loving, car racing, daughter raising, gym junkie, geek researcher. Up until now the greatest moment in my life is being front row at an Iron Maiden concert.

But seriously, my first love is my family (they were in the room while I was writing this). I have a gorgeous wife who lucky for me decided to lower her standards and two daughters who have me completely wrapped around their little fingers. My #1 goal in life is to learn how to plait their hair (correction - Goal 1a is to workout what a plait actually is).

My second love is research. The process of proving or disproving common held assumptions seriously rotates my crops. I look at the business and personal development world and I am concerned with how much education is based on hearsay, fallacy or is simply made up. Business and life has become more complex and sophisticated. The quality of our education needs to follow suit.

Our company conducts cutting edge research with different universities all over the world and then disperses that information in a practical form through books, keynote presentations, workshops, training programs, online programs and customised consulting projects.

I like research so much I even researched myself (I know I am out of control). I am thought to be the only keynote presenter in the world to have the impact of their keynote measured in a university study. Drum Roll! It improved the addressed behaviour by 41%.

I believe everyone has a superpower. Some people can cook, some people can create amazing works of art, others can hug with the appropriate amount of pressure for the right length of time. My super power is the ability to make the complex, simple and engaging. I take the latest science and translate it so that people can immediately apply it to their own situation. It’s not cool or sexy but it makes me a great communicator.
